Two ways to use this sheet

Start a small conversation

Write one question and your own short answer on an upper card. Use Ask me next to suggest something the recipient could ask in return.

Add your own format

Use a lower Date / name card for a free-form reply, a small memory or a note that does not fit the three prompts. The lower two cards repeat the same writing layout.

Choose a prompted or general card

All four cards are 78 × 108 mm, but only the upper two have the question-and-reply fields. Write before arranging any decorations so the prompts remain visible.

Choose personal-introduction prompts instead when you want to share interests rather than ask questions.

Choosing and using this printable

Are there four different conversation forms?

No. There are two copies of the question-and-reply layout and two copies of a general note layout, with different illustrations.

Do I have to make a pocket?

No. You can give or keep the cards loose. MFL combines one with FL01 and FL03 as an optional pocket arrangement; physical fit remains unverified.

File notes

AI-assisted illustrations; text, linework and millimetre layout are controlled separately. The previews are rendered from the PDF.

Revision r0.9: Component IDs moved into trim waste. Artwork, writable areas and cut/fold/glue geometry preserved; physical checks pending. Physical evidence is still pending for this revision.
