About Tatter & Tag

What you can make here

Tatter & Tag offers 14 small junk journal collections, starting with Botanical Field Notes and Travel Keepsakes, plus everyday memories, happy mail, reading and seasonal keepsakes. Each contains eight sheets with its own mix of writing spaces, cut-outs, labels, cards and folded structures. Every sheet is available as an A4 or Letter PDF without an account or an email form.

You can download a single sheet, take a complete collection, choose pages within a collection, or use one of 16 project packs. The first botanical pocket page uses just three sheets.

How the files are made

The decorative illustrations are AI-assisted. Functional text, component numbers, cut lines, fold lines and glue areas are laid out separately in millimetres. The same components keep the same physical dimensions in both paper sizes.

Full-sheet previews are rendered from their corresponding PDFs. Detail images are crops of those files. Digital arrangements show combinations of included pieces, and instruction diagrams explain the planned construction. Neither is presented as a photograph of a finished handmade object.

What we have checked

Digital checks cover PDF page sizes, component dimensions, file membership and revision consistency. The public image and PDF downloads have been read back and checked against their file hashes. Browser checks cover paper selection, downloads, error recovery and mobile-sized layouts.

What remains to be tested

Real printing, colour on paper, paper thickness, folded fit and independent making trials are pending for the current edition. There are no verified printer compatibility, paper weight or completion-time claims. Start with the calibration sheet and a small print trial.

Use and privacy

The files are free for personal use and handmade gifts under our use terms. This edition keeps paper-size and selection preferences in your browser.
