Two ways to use this sheet

Write a first introduction

Use the blank reverse for a little about yourself and something you would like to know about the reader. The writing ideas printed below the template are suggestions, not part of the cut note.

Keep the exchange together

MFL pairs this note with an FL02 question card and the FL03 pocket. Follow the placement guide, and trial the folded note and card separately before assuming the pocket can hold both.

Cut once, fold once

Cut the complete outer rectangle, keeping the two halves joined. Write on the unprinted reverse, then fold on the dashed centre line with your message inside. Print single-sided; no duplex alignment or glue is required for the note itself.

Is this full-size letter paper?

No. The flat note is 156 × 108 mm, smaller than A4 or Letter. The 78 × 108 mm measurement is its folded size.

Is an envelope included?

No. This sheet makes a folding note. FL03 is a separate open-top pocket; the travel and botanical mini envelopes are smaller and are not verified holders for this note.
