Keep one plant as the focal point
Use the whole panel behind a loose card, or choose the top or bottom half. Position your card over the quiet grid before cutting so it does not compete with both large plants.
Cut a quiet strip for a label
Take a narrow strip from the middle grid area and place a BG04 label over it. Leave a small visible border; save the illustrated sections for another page.
Plan the crop before cutting
This is a decorated background panel, not a seamless repeating pattern. Some crops cut through the fern, flowers or caption. Lay your other pieces on it first and choose which areas to keep.

Choosing and using this printable
Is this a full sheet of scrapbook paper?
The printable panel is 176 × 224 mm on an A4 or Letter carrier sheet. It is not 12 × 12 inch paper or a guaranteed fit for every notebook.
How is it different from BG01?
BG01 is a smaller writing panel with an open centre. BG02 has a faint grid and larger plants for background layering, with quiet sections you can trim.
