Three printable sheets provide the writing panel, removable card, pocket and label. Bring a notebook or backing board large enough for the 120 × 170 mm panel, scissors, a ruler, paper glue and a pen.
A short introduction above, a longer note inside
Keep the date and place on BG01. Write the longer memory on BG05-a so it can be taken out to read. The pocket already has a flower cluster, so the basic page does not need bought decorations.
The included Collected label sits above the flower cluster. Keep it below the opening. Lay everything out before gluing and leave the card loose.
Example wording you can adapt: “Morning walk. Pale flowers beside the path; a cool breeze after the rain.” This is a writing prompt, not a photograph of a tested handwritten card.

Printing, glue clearance, repeated insertion and first-time making still need physical and user checks. No extra printable is required for this layout.
Gather your materials
An A5 or larger notebook, scissors, ruler, paper glue and a pen.
No cutting machine, hole punch or double-sided printing is needed.
Print the right pages
Choose the actual paper in your printer. Print single-sided at 100% / Actual size. Check the 50 mm ruler before cutting. Print backgrounds, cards and folded pieces separately when changing paper stock.

Use only paper supported by your printer. Paper weight, fold quality and a single stock for the whole project have not been verified.

Make it, step by step
Keep this page open while you make. Each image is an instruction diagram, not a photograph of a tested result.
Cut the four pieces
Cut BG01-a, BG05-a, BG06-a and BG06-b on their solid outlines. Keep all three pocket tabs attached.

Fold the pocket tabs
Keep the decorated front facing you. Fold the left, right and bottom tabs behind it along the dashed lines; the top stays open.

Attach the writing panel
Glue only the back of BG01-a onto your notebook. Keep BG05-a aside; it must remain removable.

Attach the pocket
Apply a thin layer of glue to the three hatched tab faces. Centre the pocket across the base, leaving 11 mm on either side and 5 mm below its front. Keep the top opening and inside channel free of glue.

Attach the label
Centre BG06-b on the pocket front, about 25 mm below its open top. Keep it below the opening. Let the adhesive dry for the time on its packaging.

Add your note card
Once the glue is dry, slide BG05-a gently into the open top, leaving the top of the card visible. Take it out to write your note, then tuck it back in. The card stays removable.

If the card catches, stop and let the glue dry fully. Check that the side tabs are folded behind the pocket and no glue has sealed the opening. Do not force the card; keep the card and pocket printed at the same 100% scale.
