Cut three separate rectangles

Each bookmark is 45 × 168 mm when printed at Actual size. Cut its outer border. The file prints one decorated side and does not require folding, a hole punch, lamination or a tassel.

Are all three headings different?

No. “There is room to begin again” appears twice with different artwork; “Keep a little good” appears once. There are three usable pieces and two headings.

Is there a printed review form or reading tracker?

These bookmarks have a heading and writing lines. They do not include rating boxes, a multi-book table or a structured book review. Use RA01 for prompted review cards or RA03 for a longer response.
