Two ways to use this sheet

Keep references with a review

Write one page number and a few words on each slip. Keep the slips loose with the relevant review card, then decide which ideas deserve a longer note.

Prepare one discussion point

Bring a Question or Connection slip to your next book conversation. Add the book title yourself if you are keeping slips from several books together.

Use as loose slips

Cut the eight outer rectangles. These are 80 × 16 mm paper index slips, not sticky flags or fold-over tabs. Keep them with your notes without applying adhesive to book pages.

Can I use this as a multi-book reading log?

These slips record individual page references. They do not provide a multi-book table, completion dates or a reading total.
