Cutting and assembly
Cut the solid outer rectangle. Mark a 10 mm glue area at each short end on the reverse. Do not fold the dotted lines. Glue only the two end areas to a page wider than the band, leaving the middle and long edges free. Let it dry before inserting a slightly narrower card.
