Print the decorated pocket and its lending card together. Reprint only the card later using the separate download below.
- Page 1: cut and fold the BG07 pocket along its marked lines.
- Page 2: cut the 86 × 104 mm lending card and fill in the book and borrower.
- Dry-fit before gluing. Physical fit and paper thickness still need a print trial.

Get the one-page refill →Fold a library pocket
- Check and cut. Print at Actual size, measure the ruler and cut the outer solid line. Keep the tabs attached.
- Score the dashed folds. Fold the side tabs inward and the front toward the unprinted reverse, following the template.
- Try the card without glue. Hold the folds in place. Check the card slides in and out; paper thickness affects the fit.
- Glue the side tabs. Secure only the marked tabs, leaving the top opening clear. Let the pocket dry before use.
The card is a matching digital trial. Physical printing, folding and insertion have not yet been verified; the outside pocket dimensions are not a promise of usable capacity.
Keep a small reading record
Write the book title before inserting the card. Record lending dates when sharing a book, or use the fields for your own reading dates. Use reading tracker bookmarks if you want a record that stays between the pages.
