Name a memory
Write a real place and date on one wide label, then position it beside your saved ticket or photograph. Check readability before gluing; the small plant is an accent rather than a writing background.
Finish a book gift
Write a short message on a ginkgo or cosmos tag. Punch the marked hole only if needed, reinforce it with a paper ring, and attach string gently. Cardstock strength depends on the paper you choose.
Organise a paper collection
Use the plain label for a category such as garden notes or summer walks. The file is not an editable label template and is not aligned to any commercial pre-cut label sheet.
Write first, then cut and attach
Print at Actual size, measure the 50 mm rule and trim along the outer border. Keep the inner decorative border. Ordinary paper suits glued labels; supported cardstock can make firmer gift tags. Test your pen on a spare margin because ink absorption varies by paper and printer.

Choosing and using this printable
How much space is there for handwriting?
The three illustrated wide labels each leave roughly 40 × 22 mm clear. The plain label leaves 56 × 22 mm. Each gift tag leaves a central 40 × 20 mm area between the optional hole and bottom illustration. Use a few words; choose writing paper for a longer message.
Are these blank, editable or self-adhesive?
They have no printed headings, but borders and five small plant illustrations are part of the PDF. The file is not digitally editable. To make adhesive labels, print on full-sheet sticker paper suitable for your printer and cut by hand; no commercial label-grid alignment is supplied.
Do the tags need holes?
No. The small circle is an optional punching guide. You can leave it intact and glue the tag flat in a journal. For hanging tags, test the paper strength and reinforce the hole; the design has not been physically pull-tested.
May I use the printed pieces in gifts?
Personal journals and handmade gifts are allowed. The files and finished pieces are not licensed for sale, and files may not be redistributed. Share this page when someone wants their own copy. Artwork is AI-assisted; the PDF previews show the actual illustrations supplied.
