Two ways to use this sheet

Keep a review card with one book entry

Write a short response on an RA01 card and plan a place for this pocket beside your reading notes. Let the card remain removable rather than gluing it to the pocket face.

Make a shelf-memory page

Use the book-stack illustration as the focus of a page about a book you want to remember. Place a shelf label nearby and leave space above the pocket to reach the card.

Join the front to its own back

Cut both pieces, keeping the tabs on the front. Fold those tabs behind its face and glue them to the marked area on the separate back. The back panel itself does not need to be folded.

Fold and fit notes

Cut solid outlines, fold dashed lines and apply glue only to hatched GLUE areas. Keep the opening clear. Check the 50 mm ruler before cutting.

This sheet includes a separate 94 × 115 mm back and a 94 × 75 mm front with three 6 mm glue tabs. The nominal glue-free width is 82 mm. Fold the tabs behind the front, then attach it to the printed back. Keep the top open.

Are review cards included?

No. This download contains the pocket back and front. RA01 is a separate sheet of book review cards, linked below.

Can I put several cards in the pocket?

This is a flat pocket without an expanding gusset. Begin with one card; the number of layers it can hold depends on paper thickness and the folded seams.

File notes

AI-assisted illustrations; text, linework and millimetre layout are controlled separately. The previews are rendered from the PDF.

Revision r0.10: Separate back and front widened to 94 mm; 6 mm tabs retained. Nominal glue-free channel 82 mm for a 78 mm card. Original raster artwork unchanged; physical fit untested. Physical evidence is still pending for this revision.
