Return to the second section when a reply arrives and write what you look forward to next. Add your own date or correspondent’s name near the heading.
Measure the panel against your journal
The finished piece is 136 × 216 mm on A4 or Letter printer paper. It is larger than the FL03 pocket and is intended for a page or loose panel, not that pocket’s insert.

Is this a checklist for sending mail?
No. Despite its title, the sheet contains two reflection prompts with writing lines. It has no address, postage or packing checklist.
Is this full-page letter stationery?
No. It is a smaller prompted panel, not a full A4/Letter writing surface. FL01 is a different format: a small folded note with a blank reverse.
