Dimension diagram only. Use TR01-a as a 120 × 170 mm base. Main pocket front: (11, 80) mm, 98 × 85 mm. Mount the 55 × 55 mm corner on the OUTSIDE of that front at (21, 100) mm, with its top and left edges closed and diagonal open. The card travels behind the main front; the ticket stays in front of it.

No cutting machine, hole punch or double-sided printing is needed.
Print the right pages
Choose the actual paper in your printer. Print single-sided at 100% / Actual size. Check the 50 mm ruler before cutting. Print backgrounds, cards and folded pieces separately when changing paper stock.

Cut the five pieces
Cut TR01-a, TR03-a decorative ticket, TR05-a card, TR06-a pocket and TR07-a corner. Preserve all glue tabs.

Fold the lower pocket
Fold the two side tabs and bottom tab behind the printed TR06 front. The top edge stays open.

Fold the corner tabs
Fold the tabs behind the two straight edges of TR07-a. The diagonal has no glue tab and must remain open for the ticket.

Arrange the two pockets
Centre TR06-a on the base with 11 mm on either side and 5 mm below its front. Lay TR07-a on the OUTSIDE of that front, 10 mm from its left edge and 20 mm below its open top. Its diagonal opening faces down and right; the top of the main pocket stays clear.

Attach the pockets in two layers
Mount TR01-a on the notebook. Glue the main pocket using only its three folded tabs. Glue the corner pocket onto the outside of the main pocket using only its top and left tabs. Keep the centre of each pocket unglued, and let all glue dry.

Add a travel note and ticket
Slide TR05-a into the open top of the main pocket. Tuck the top-left corner of TR03-a through the diagonal opening on the front. The ticket sits on the outside; the large card slides behind the main pocket face. Leave both pieces easy to grasp.

Attach the corner pocket to the outside of the lower pocket, never above its opening or inside its card channel. Keep its diagonal open. If a piece catches, stop, let the glue dry and check the folds and glue placement.
