An A5 or larger notebook or backing, scissors, ruler, paper glue and a pen. For the envelope alone, print only TR08.
No cutting machine, hole punch or double-sided printing is needed.
Print the right pages
Choose the actual paper in your printer. Print single-sided at 100% / Actual size. Check the 50 mm ruler before cutting. Print backgrounds, cards and folded pieces separately when changing paper stock.

Use only paper supported by your printer. Paper weight, fold quality and a single stock for the whole project have not been verified.

Make it, step by step
Keep this page open while you make. Each image is an instruction diagram, not a photograph of a tested result.
Cut the four pieces
Trim a 120 × 170 mm base from TR02-a. Cut TR04-d, TR08-a and TR08-b; keep the envelope's side tabs and top flap attached.

Fold the envelope
Fold the front toward the plain reverse along the long dashed line. Fold both side tabs inward and crease the closing flap. Its printed front must face outward.

Glue the two side seams
Apply glue only to the two hatched side tabs and join the front to the back. Leave the closing flap and inside channel free. Let the glue dry.

Mount the envelope
Attach the trimmed base to the notebook. Use a small amount of glue on the envelope back and mount it at (17, 40) mm. The top flap must still open freely.

Add the Remember label
Attach TR04-d below the envelope, clear of its opening and flap. Let all glue dry before inserting the card.

Write and tuck in your memory
Write a short memory on TR08-b. Once the glue is dry, slide the 64 × 43 mm card into the envelope and fold the top flap down. Leave the flap unglued so you can open it again.

Use the included 64 × 43 mm TR08-b note card. If it catches, check the two side folds and let the glue dry fully. Leave the closing flap unglued; the inside of the envelope is the plain reverse of the paper.
